Jackson Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic – Refund Policy

At Jackson Auto Repair, we value your trust and strive to deliver reliable, honest, and professional automotive service directly to your location. If you're not satisfied with our work, we want to make it right. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Service Guarantee & Refund Eligibility

We stand behind our workmanship and parts. Refunds or rework may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A service was not completed as agreed in writing (e.g., work order, invoice).

  • A new part installed by us fails within the warranty period.

  • You were charged for a service or part you did not receive.

  • A mechanical issue persists directly due to improper installation or diagnosis.

2. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-supplied parts.

  • Diagnostic fees (if the issue was correctly diagnosed but declined for repair).

  • Repairs declined by the customer after recommendations were made.

  • Issues caused by neglect, misuse, or unrelated vehicle problems after service.

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or parts availability (we'll always keep you informed).

3. Warranty Coverage

  • Labor Warranty: 90 days from date of service.

  • Parts Warranty: As provided by the manufacturer (typically 12 months).

If an issue arises during the warranty period, we will re-inspect and re-perform the work at no charge if the original repair was faulty.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund or review:

  1. Contact us at 941-322-4834 or jacksonautosrq@gmail.com within 7 days of service.

  2. Provide your invoice number and a description of the issue.

  3. We will investigate the matter within 5 business days and may offer:

    • A full or partial refund

    • A complimentary re-service

    • A discount on future service

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

  • If our technician arrives and is unable to complete service due to vehicle inaccessibility or customer absence, a $50 trip fee may apply.
